Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Wriddhi, we are committed to delivering not only beautiful, handcrafted terracotta jewellery but also a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy page outlines how we ensure your orders reach you safely, how we handle returns and refunds, and what options you have if you need to cancel an order. Whether you are purchasing a single piece or placing a bulk wholesale order, our policies are designed to provide clarity, fairness, and support every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders for handcrafted terracotta jewellery are processed Monday to Friday. Ready-to-ship orders dispatch within 4–5 business days. Made-to-order and bulk orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on volume and custom requirements.
Shipping Fees

Shipping charges of ₹80–₹100 apply to smaller retail orders.

Shipping charges of ₹160–₹240 may be applicable for bulk orders.
Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully bubble-wrapped and cushioned to protect against breakage. However, in case of an unfortunate incident of damage during shipping, we shall either refund or replace the product.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, high demand, courier issues, or customs. Our team will inform you proactively in such cases.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Report any damage, missing, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos. We will replace or refund based on product availability.
Return Eligibility
Retail customers and bulk order customers may request returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for items damaged during shipping provided they are still kept in original packaging.
Return Process
Contact our support team with your order ID and issue by writing to us at wriddhi.design@gmail.com. Kindly send photos of defective or damaged items for verification. Once we respond, please ship the item back in case of an exchange. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after approving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment mode.
Order Cancellation Policy
Retail orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In case of an error while placing the order, please write to us at wriddhi.design@gmail.com. Bulk or customized orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation. Advance payments for such orders are non-refundable after processing begins.
